Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays due to courier operational issues, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete the payment.
Any applicable promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing a tracking link and tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Incorrect Shipping Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your full shipping address, landmark, PIN code, and contact number are accurate during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, re-shipping charges will apply to re-dispatch the order.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your shipment arrives damaged or is missing items, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
For delayed or stuck shipments, reach out to our team with your Order ID for prompt assistance.
